IMODA issues an authorised id card for all the members, this card is the nationally recognised identification that gives fashion professionals exclusive access to premium opportunities within India. This will be a priority for you in future shows compare to other models.

b) Proper guidance:

We help the individuals to polish themselves in the fashion industry by making them understanding their strengths, limitations and other resources through our training and developmental activities. Models will get direct entry into all the training sections (terms and condition applied)

c) Legal support:

we have a strong legal wing that closely follows the developments in fashion law and provide a complete support to all member of IMODA in case any legal issues arise. Alert indication and Protection from falser organisers, designers, choreographers, casting team. Models that are members of IMODA, if any money transactions for the show are conducted through IMODA with other members, we will support you in case of any irregularity. Based on the evidence, the victims will get all the support they need including lawyers from the association. Those found guilty will be banned from the association and legal action will be taken.

This application works across the fashion industry in India, which helps the members to operate in casting, applying for and posting for careers, selling and buying of products which are used in industry.

If there is a situation of non-payment after registration for any event by registered models, IMODA will blacklist you and cancel your membership and revoke all benefits of the association.

We will be promoting all the designers in the fashion industry who have an authorized membership card from IMODA.

Legal support

We have an effective legal department that keeps up with changes in fashion law and offers all IMODA designers full help in the event that any legal concerns arise. A warning issued and protection against fake casting teams, choreographers, and organisers. designers that are members of IMODA, if any money transactions for the show are conducted through IMODA with other members, we will support you in case of any irregularity. Based on the evidence, the victims will get all the support they need including lawyers from the association. Those found guilty will be banned from the association and legal action will be taken.

Identity Registered organisers (casting companies/event management team) will receive an authorised identification card from IMODA. This identity will access them to connect with all other supporters and sponsors all over India. Opportunity the organisers, event management companies and casting teams can post their upcoming event/show posters through this mobile application. You can make your show advertisement easily accessible to lakhs of models, designers and choreographers. so that these participants can apply directly to your event without going through any intermediaries. Organizers can sell/buy their fashion products, be it new or used, through our online platform. organisers will be responsible for delivering the products to the recipients undamaged, and for its delivery fees. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The registered organisers are required to publish all show-related information on the IMODA web platform. All financial transactions related to IMODA must be done with the knowledge of the core members of the association. IMODA has the right to take the final decision in case of any future disputes within it. organisers shows/events related participants charges must be published on the mobile application platform. We also do not allow any hidden activity charges business coming through IMODA ……. % commission to be paid by the organizers towards the development activities of the association. And all the details of business registration should be maintained by the registered Organizers & Association Members. Payments for all business transactions through IMODA are received by registered organizers within 30-45 days. If any complaint is raised against the show conducted by the organizers, IMODA will intervene and if the complainant's part is found to be correct, the registered organizers will only get the balance amount after refunding the complainant's money. If registered organizers fail to provide members with the promised services on time and accurately, you will be placed on a blacklist, IMODA membership will be cancelled and denied all IMODA benefits. IMODA’s logos should be displayed at all shows conducted by the organizers. IMODA's logos should be displayed at all shows conducted by the organizers. All the promotional activities of the show by the organizers will be supported by IMODA. Also, organizers must use IMODA's name and logo in all media promotions (newspaper/TV/radio/social media). Registered Organizers must notify IMODA at least 2 months in advance of the event to be conducted. IMODA authorised individuals should be invited for all the events conducted.
